Letters / Looking for Arthur
I am looking for the man in this picture. I was told he was from the Shetland Islands and was in Wellington, New Zealand, on some kind of boat.
This would have been in 1970 (late in the year). I was told his name was Arthur but I am unsure if this is true or not.
I would really like to find him or members of his family and would appreciate any help I could get.
