News / Duncan charged with driving offences
A SIXTY seven year old man from Ollaberry had his case continued without plea until 28 October after appearing from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Friday.
John Peter Duncan, of Bona Vista, is charged with driving without due care and attention on Thursday in Brae as well as on the A970 between Brae and Voe, refusing to co-operate in a breath test and failing to provide two specimens of breath at Lerwick police station.
Duncan was released on bail and was told not to drive or be in charge of a vehicle while waiting for his next court appearance.
