News / Ferry to leave early
NORTHLINK passengers are being advised that Tuesday’s (6 October) southbound ferry will be leaving five hours ahead of schedule to allow more time to get to the Scottish mainland.
The ferry operator advises that the Hjaltland will depart at 2pm and will head straight into a south easterly gale. She is expected to arrive in Aberdeen 17 hours later at 7am.
Meanwhile, both freight vessel services are currently under review with an update expected on Tuesday morning.
