News / Two vessels towed in
TWO fishing boats were towed into Lerwick harbour over the last 24 hours.
Local vessel Venture was taken to Mair’s Quay on Wednesday morning after suffering engine failure.
She was towed in by another Lerwick registered boat, the Opportune, before berthing at around 9am.
The Fraserburgh registered trawler Helenus meanwhile was brought into Lerwick on Tuesday afternoon by fellow Fraserburgh boat Phoenix after a net got stuck in her propeller.
