Stalking charge

A MAN from Mossbank appeared in private from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Friday morning to face a single charge of stalking.

David Stanley Crozier, aged 67, made no plea or declaration when charged with breaching Section 39 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.

Crozier was committed for further examination before being released on bail.
