Letters / Give it to charity

The crowd-funding page The People Versus Carmichael has committed to send any of the money raised and not used on the legal action to Scottish food bank charities.

Perhaps Alistair Carmichael could stand down, thereby maximising the amount of cash available to distribute to these charities that have become an unfortunate necessity for many.

I’d hope that the Salvation Army in Lerwick would be one of the beneficiaries.
