A FIFTY two year old man from Brae who is facing a number of drug charges was remanded in custody when he appeared in private before Lerwick Sheriff Court for the second time in eight days.

Ibrahim Abdullah Hassan made no plea or declaration and was fully committed for trial when he appeared from custody on Monday.

He is charged with being concerned in the supply of drugs as well as obstructing the authorities in the exercise of their powers.
