THE FIRST Althing debate of the winter takes place in the Tingwall hall next Saturday (18 October) starting at 7.30pm. Geordie Jacobson and Ian Tinkler will speak in support of the motion ‘Scotland made the right decision on 18 September’, while Vic Thomas and Jennifer Leask will oppose them.
