News / Hjaltland delayed
SUNDAY night’s ferry from Aberdeen is expected to arrive in Lerwick a few hours behind schedule due to adverse weather conditions.
Ferry operator NorthLink said the Hjaltland’s arrival would not be 7.30am on Monday but be delayed until “late morning” due to strong northerly winds.
The company said its passenger vessel is expected to be late arriving at Kirkwall and was likely to experience further delays on route between Orkney and Shetland.
