Letters / Relentlessly positive

I would like to point out that the letter PM knew nothing (SN, 03/08/14) was not written by Yes Shetland as Mr Gordon Harmer claims (Conspiracy theories; SN, 03/08/14)

If anyone is to be accused of being “downright negative” it should be directed to me personally since I wrote the letter.

Nor was I referring to the two oil finds to which he refers, but to geological results showing a vast reserve of “sweet oil” to the south of Clair which would indeed make it one of the largest in the world.

Meanwhile I can assure Gordon that Yes Shetland is relentlessly positive and has more than 3,200 followers.

Indeed the post concerning the PM’s visit passed 150,000 page views on Monday, so congratulations to the entire Yes team, and a small ginger cat possibly.
