Maiden Lerwick visit for luxury liner
LERWICK received its first visit from the four year old, 142 metre long luxury cruise ship Le Boreal on Sunday (photographs courtesy of Ian Leask).
The 132-cabin ship was built in the Italian Fincantieri shipyard and designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel.
The elegant vessel won the European Cruiser Association’s best new ship of the year award in 2010.
