FOUR MEN appeared in court in Shetland on Monday in connection with alleged drugs offences.
It follows a joint operation between the Borders Policing Command in Aberdeen, Shetland police and Dogs against Drugs.
David Robertson, 57, from Lerwick appeared in private together with 25 year old Greg Lawrie and James David McEwan, 28, both from Ayrshire.
All three men made no plea or declaration and were committed for further examination. The two Ayrshire men were remanded in custody while Robertson was released on bail.
Meanwhile Derek MacLean, also from Ayrshire, appeared in private. He was fully committed and remanded in custody.
