Letters / Thumping victory
Labour scored a thumping victory in the Cowdenbeath by-election, easily defending the Fife seat held by the late Helen Eadie with an 11 per cent swing from the SNP.
Not a very good omen for Salmond/SNP and the Yes campaign.
Douglas Young, your statement: “the SNP also carried out a poll while out canvassing – they never miss a trick – and asked over 11,000 voters how they intended to vote in the referendum. Yes 41 per cent, No 36 per cent, and Undecided 23 per cent.” (The real winner; SN, 24/01/14)
Rather seems to lack any references, or for that matter credibility.
Please give us your references as this appears like a fiction.
