News / Aly & friends live online
SUNDAY night offers lovers of traditional Shetland fiddle music a treat with the live broadcast from Lerwick’s Mareel.
The sold out concert featuring the islands’ fiddle legend Aly Bain with two of his favourite musicians from Sweden and the US can be viewed live from 7.30pm at 60 North TV.
Bain will be joined on stage by Swedish multi instrumentalist Ale Möller, with whom he produced the album Fully Rigged 11 years ago, and Appalachian musical maestro Bruce Molsky, who packed Mareel last year for a solo gig.
The concert can be viewed here.
