Manson Cup

WHITEDALE and Whalsay have both reached the final of football’s Manson Cup after winning their semi-finals. The westside club won 2-0 at Celtic after a 3 – 3 draw in the first leg.

Goals came from Richard Sinclair and Greg Tulloch. Meanwhile, Whalsay beat Thistle 3 – 0 with goals from Colin Anderson (2) and James Shearer.

The final will be played on 29 June at Gilbertson Park with a 3am kick-off.
