SHETLAND police are keen to trace anybody who may have witnessed the inappropriate driving of a black Ford Focus with a registration number beginning with AV11 on Lochside, Lerwick at around 7am on Tuesday morning.
Anybody with any information is requested to contact Lerwick Police Station on 101.
