Care director to leave

SHETLAND Islands Council and NHS Shetland are reviewing their options after interim director of community care, Sally Shaw, has decided to leave her post by the end of June.

Shaw has been in charge of community care for the last year during which the service has gone through many changes.

A joint statement said: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank Sally for all the work she has put in over her time in Shetland, and we want to wish her well in her new post.”
