News / Witnesses sought

POLICE in Shetland are appealing for witnesses to a collision when a red vehicle travelling north struck and damaged an oncoming vehicle on the A970 just south of the South Nesting junction at 6.15pm, on Thursday evening.

Northern Constabulary said the driver of the offending vehicle failed to stop. No-one was injured in the accident.
