Three year driving ban
A LERWICK man was fined £900 and disqualified from driving for three years for failing to provide two specimen of breath to ascertain his ability to drive.
Appearing from custody before Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday, Richard Day, of 18 Ladies Drive, pled guilty to the charge.
The 36 year old had been arrested on Saturday after police became concerned about his driving on Lerwick’s Esplanade and Fort Road.
