Drunken assault

A SHETLAND teenager who assaulted another man after a night out drinking on Saturday was given one month to pay £160 at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.

Martin McKay, of 14 Stendahl, South Nesting, admitted punching the man in the head to his injury on Lerwick’s Esplanade in the early hours of Sunday morning.
