News / Car hit dog

SHETLAND police are searching for the driver of a car which struck a dog in the car park outside the Clickimin Leisure Complex over a week ago.

They say the incident took place at around 10pm on Thursday 2 August, when the burgundy Citroen Saxo failed to stop.

They say the dog was injured and taken to the vet, and the vehicle may have sustained damage.
