Do we get our money back?

Whilst SSE have stated clear plans to replace the Lerwick Power Station, their response to the investment in Viking Windfarm has been “there’s no hurry”.

Does this mean they may yet pull out of the project? And if they do, I assume our £9 million will be refunded, and is not an open-ended drain like Smyril Line etc.

Can anyone re-assure me please?
