SHETLAND police are looking for the driver of a car that transported an injured man to hospital following a one vehicle accident on the main A970 at the Lang Kames.

The collision took place at about 9.50pm on Monday night when a black Ford Ghia left the road.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact Lerwick police station on 01595 692110, but they are especially keen to trace the driver who picked the man up from the scene.
