News / Builder desperate to trace lost material
POLICE are appealing to the public to help trace a number of rolls of building material that was lost off the back of a truck when driven between the Brig O’Fitch and Scalloway, on Monday morning between 9am and 10am.
A spokesman said the builder involved urgently needs to find the material, described as looking similar to insulation, as otherwise his job would come to a standstill.
Police said they would like to hear from anybody who may have picked the material off the road. A small reward is offered for the finder.
