News / Jake back in court

A TEENAGER who grew up in Yell has appeared once again in court accused of hacking official British and American government websites.

Nineteen year old Jake Davis made no plea at Southwark Crown Court in London, where he is facing charges of blocking and hacking websites including the CIA in America and the Serious Organised Crime Agency in the UK.

His bail conditions, which forbid him from using the internet, were continued by Judge Alistair McCreath. The case was adjourned until 25 June.
