Dear Mr Tinkler,

Going by your latest letter (Bunch of cowboys; SN 7/5/12) I take it you do not hold a bank account with Lloyds TSB, Halifax Bank Of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays or Santander.

Surely only idiots would hold accounts with them lot after the mis-selling of PPI?

Hold on….I’m one of those idiots.
