More safe places to eat

THREE more local food firms have been named as recipients of the Eat Safe Awards, to be presented this Saturday.

COPE Ltd, The Handmade Fish Company and The Olive Tree will now join the Sandwick Baking Company, ESS Support Services and Scoop Wholefoods in the ceremony at the Clickimin Bowls Hall.

The awards, the first ever for Shetland companies, recognise excellence in food hygiene and food safety management.
