News / Brae vandalism arrest
A TEENAGER was arrested over the weekend after the Brae High School and the neighbouring leisure centre had been vandalised, last week.
The 18 year old was also charged with driving while disqualified. A report is being sent to the procurator fiscal.
A number of windows had been smashed at the school and the building had been spray painted with offensive graffiti, on Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, police reported that a 38 year old man and 36 year old woman were arrested for domestic assault in the early hours of Sunday.
And fixed penalties were issued on Saturday to a 22 year old man in Lerwick for an MOT offence, and to a 19 year old man for causing excessive noise while driving in Lerwick.
