A SHETLAND man has been banned from driving for two years and fined £700 after being stopped driving his car through Brae in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Michael Herridge, aged 29, of Assater, Heylor, Hillswick, appeared from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court yesterday (Monday), where procurator fiscal Duncan Mackenzie said that he was more than two and a half times the limit for drink driving.
