The Team Leader will head up a small team of shift staff, with board directors providing support with managerial functions.
Main duties include:
- Lead daily shop operations, customer service, cleanliness and team support.
- Prepare rotas, direct shifts, and train and supervise staff.
- Manage stock, ordering, EPOS records, deliveries and stock checks.
- Control pricing, margins, stock rotation and waste.
- Maintain financial controls, cashing-up and banking.
- Ensure safety, compliance, security and implement Board decisions.
Applicants:
- must be over 18
- must be dependable and hardworking
- must have good customer service skills
- retail experience is essential
