JOIN OUR OPERATIONAL TEAM AT LERWICK & SCALLOWAY FISH MARKETS
Shetland Seafood Auctions are looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking people to join our operational team.
This is a hands-on role within Shetland’s fast-paced fishing industry and would suit practical people who can work well independently and as part of a team.
Contract: Full-Time
40 hours per week | Rotational shift pattern
- Full training provided
- No previous fish market experience required

A FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL:
- The role covers both Lerwick and Scalloway Fish Markets
- Staff may be required to travel between sites during a shift
- Staff are on call and may need to attend markets at short notice
- Work can take place outside public transport operating hours
- Operational duties require independent travel
