Customer Service & Business Support Administrator

Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time Hours

We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to provide great customer service and efficient admin, while coordinating the daily flow of work through the garage. We can offer full-time or part-time hours and are happy to consider a variety of working patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception and customer bookings, overseeing diary
• Liaise between customers and the workshop team to ensure the day runs smoothly
• Parts orders, stock control
• Sales invoicing, credit control

Hours of Work:

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm.

We would particularly welcome applicants who can work until 6.00pm on some weekdays, as this is an important time for customers collecting their vehicles – but this is not essential.

The position may suit one person looking for a larger number of hours, or we may appoint two part-time team members with complementary availability. Please tell us the days and hours you would ideally like to work when applying. We will consider all workable patterns.

A full driving licence is essential, as the role may involve moving customers’ vehicles.
