Cost & Resource Assistant

LEF Facilities is hiring a Cost & Resource Assistant.
Full time, based in Shetland with travel out to sites across the isles.
We need someone with strong analytical skills and budget management experience who wants to grow into project delivery.
What you’ll do
- Survey and price jobs across Shetland, solo and alongside our FM lead
- Build estimates and quotes on our digital system
- Price labour, materials, plant and subcontractors
- Work from drawings and specs so nothing gets missed
- Liaise with clients to clarify scope and chase quotes
- Work with the ops team so every price is deliverable
What we need
- Estimating background, multi-trade experience ideal but we’ll train up anyone with basic pricing experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Calm and collected under multiple pricing deadlines
- Microsoft Office literate, quick to pick up new software
