Northwards is a well-known name in freight and haulage in Scotland, operating from depots in Shetland, Orkney, Aberdeen, Inverness, Scrabster, and Glasgow, with partner collaborations extending across the UK and Europe.
We’re looking for casual HGV drivers to support our Shetland operation. This role suits drivers looking for flexible, ad‑hoc work alongside other commitments.
What we offer:

- Ongoing training and familiarisation where required
You’ll work as part of a local team, supporting Shetland’s supply chain across sectors such as aquaculture, energy, retail and oil & gas. We are also continuing investment in our Shetland depot to improve facilities and operational resources.
What we’re looking for:
- A valid HGV licence and CPC qualification
- A commitment to safety and reliability
