News / Emergency services attending two-vehicle crash near Scalloway
EMERGENCY services are attending the scene of a two-vehicle road traffic collision just outside of Scalloway this morning.
Police and several ambulances are on the scene, with one fire crew from Lerwick in attendance too. A second fire appliance from Sandwick was on route as of 10.15am.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service could not provide more details of the incident as yet, but said they had been contacted by police to attend at 9.52am.
The incident was reported to have taken place between the Black Gaet and Scalloway junctions.
Police have closed the road at the scene.
