Historic sail training ship catches the eye

THE SAIL training ship Sorlandet cut an impressive sight earlier today (Monday) after arriving in Lerwick.

Built in 1927, the Norwegian vessel is described as the world’s oldest and most authentic fully-rigged ship still in active service.

Sorlandet also visited Lerwick during the 2023 Tall Ships Races.
