Why don’t we all become very wealthy?

I read with some amusement that our SNP candidate has proposed:

free ferry travel for foot passengers;
20 per cent discount on cabins; and
three year freeze on fares.

For my own part as a candidate in this by-election, I propose we all become very wealthy.
