News / Bus & cyclist in ‘near collision’

POLICE in Lerwick are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed a “near collision” between a bus and a cyclist near the south entrance into Lerwick on Saturday afternoon.

The incident is said to have happened at around 4pm on the A970, and anyone with information is asked to contact the police by phoning 101 or visiting Lerwick Police Station.
