News / Lads out in Brae

TWO MEN who took part in “disgusting antics” on a night out by exposing their penises in Brae pubs have been fined.

Glen Garrity, of 75 Baret Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne and Nathan Goldsmith, of 33 Harbour Close, Leyland, previously admitted lowering their clothing at the Northern Lights and Mid Brae Inn on 20 September and revealing their genitals.

Procurator fiscal Duncan Mackenzie said two men, who were joined by a third man, engaged in drunken behaviour of the “highest order”.

34 year old Garrity, who was representing himself, said his behaviour was “totally out of character”.

Goldsmith, 33, said from the dock that he was “stupid” to have exposed himself.

Sheriff Philip Mann decided to fine each man £300.
