Letters / False charging

The suggestion that Serco has been defrauding the government out of tens of millions of pounds by falsely charging for monitoring people who are electronically tagged, even though some are out of sentence, or are not tagged, and even some who are actually deceased, leads me to wonder if this is the type of firm who should be running our lifeline sea services?

Is it not time to dump this lot and give the contract to a company who actually knows squat about shipping and passenger services, ie. P&O.
