General Manager – Mussel & Scallop Plant (Brae)

Scottish Shellfish are hiring for a General Manager to run our mussel and scallop processing plant in Brae. This is a key leadership role in one of Shetland’s most important industries.

We are looking for someone with strong management experience in seafood, food production, or a similar sector. The role involves leading a team of around 20 staff, collaborating closely with our mussel farming members and fishing suppliers across Shetland, and making sure our products meet the highest standards before they reach shops and restaurants across the UK.

It is a challenging but rewarding job, and a great opportunity to take on a senior role in a growing business.
