Location: Lerwick & Scalloway Fish Markets

Pay: £16.50/hr rising to £17.00/hr, holiday pay in addition plus overtime beyond 8 hours available.

Responsibilities:

  1. Unloading by electric barrow and grading freshly landed fish
  2. Working flexibly depending on boat schedules and fish volumes

Requirements:

  1. Must be 18 years or older
  2. Must hold a clean UK driving licence (vehicle available for travel between markets)
  3. Available to work Sunday night through Thursday night
  4. Comfortable with variable shift lengths and nightshift based on landings
  5. Able to work in a physical, team-oriented environment
