Term: 4 years
Remuneration: Expenses incurred
Time Commitment:
 Approx. 25 hours per month, with 4 formal meetings per quarter

 

Responsibilities include:

➕ Chairing meetings of the UHI Shetland Board of Management and Search and Nominations Committee

➕ Fostering trust and respect among board members, staff, and students

➕ Ensuring collective decision-making in the Institute’s best interests

➕ Operating according to governance guidelines and Institute policies

➕ Monitoring Institute performance and board effectiveness
