A good piece of advice I read was – to limit the amount of news you watch, listen to or read, to a couple of times a day, just to keep up.

And listen to or watch something more light-hearted the rest of the time.

What I would like to see published daily is the numbers of people who have had the virus and have got better, far more positive.
