Election letters 2019 / Energetic and positive
The BBC hustings at Mareel on Monday night were a great opportunity to hear the different points of view of the candidates standing for election on Thursday.
From day one – Tom Wills has been the standout candidate of this campaign, and he continued to strike a chord with islanders on Monday night.
He’s instantly likeable. He was born here, so he knows about the issues that are facing our island community. He’s energetic and positive, and ready to stand up for all of us.
This election is an opportunity to choose someone who can really make a difference to Shetland.
With just a couple of days until we go to the polls – I think it’s clearer than ever that the person we need representing us in Edinburgh is Tom Wills.
