It may be legal, but the seven councillor/trustees’  ethically reprehensible last minute attempt to rubber stamp a further cash injection into Viking Energy represents the last hurrah of rodents leaving a scuttled ship. 

Shetland may be better for the departure of six of the seven, but I’m not holding my breath.
