News / LPA members stay on
LERWICK Port Authority chairman Harry Jamieson and two of its other board members will remain on the board for another three years.
Jamieson, Brian Anderson and Ronnie Gear have all been reappointed until July 2017. The chairman or chairwoman will be nominated at the harbour authority’s AGM in July.
LPA chief executive Sandra Laurenson said all three have been “valued members of the board and I am delighted to see them return for another term”.
The harbour authority is a trust port which must follow UK government guidelines for board membership.
