Read all about Vaila Smith's slimming success story on the right

Would you like to know what makes Scottish Slimmers different?  We are the only 100% Scottish slimming club, we have a wonderful flexible eating plan, where nothing is forbidden.

Following the plan and attending class on a regular basis will inspire you to meet goals you have only previously dreamed about.  You will learn that life does not have to be put on hold while you get to where you want to be.

No forbidden foods, no need to be a diet bore.  Learn to enjoy your life as a Scottish Slimmers “loser”.  Take a look at our website to find out more

We have the Perfect-Fit Pass tailored to fit your pocket and help you achieve the weight loss milestone you’re aiming for. Whether it’s to drop a size, or transform your health and lifestyle forever, we’ve got the Pass at class to get you there.

At Scottish Slimmers we are also dedicated to helping our target members stay at that perfect weight by attending class as and when they feel they need; helping them maintain their weight, but also encouraging others to ring their target bell and join the queue too!

You can expect to lose between 1-2lbs per week.  It just takes a bit of planning and organising. Breaking the destination to target into smaller achievable goals makes the journey less painful.

Ask any of our current members, they will tell you that coming to class picks you up when you are struggling and puts you on your feet for a PEP perfect week.  A weigh and go session follows class which you can take bairns along with, and is great for the weeks when you simply haven’t got time to attend the whole class.

It goes without saying that every weight loss no matter how big or how small, should be celebrated, and at Scottish Slimmers we realise that it is just as difficult for someone with a lot of weight to lose to join as it is for someone who has that last half stone to go.

However much you have to lose, and however short or long the journey, becoming a Scottish Slimmer is not something you will regret… You have nothing to lose, except pounds!

You can use this page to access a range of local and national Scottish Slimmers resources, including recipes, upcoming events, class details and more.

The first step over the door to class can be a daunting one, but we know it will be one you will never regret!
