News / NB recognised nationally
DIGITAL firm NB Communication has won nationwide recognition for its first-class service to clients in a major industry report.
The company, which is based in Shetland and Edinburgh, has been ranked second best in the UK in the small agency category in the Drum’s 2016 “Digital Census” for customer satisfaction.
The research is conducted by The Drum in partnership with the Recommended Agency Register, and ranks UK digital marketing agencies based on their financial performance and client satisfaction levels. NB was placed ninth in the 2015 study.
“This is a fantastic achievement, and testament to all the hard work put in by the team,” said NB director David Nicol.
“It has been a big year for us, branching out with our Edinburgh office headed up by Matthew Leask and further developing our strong client base in Orkney, proving that the best of what Shetland has to offer is more than a match for the rest of the country.
“The small agency category in the Drum’s ‘Digital Census’ is always highly competitive, so we owe a lot to our clients for their great support. We have a strong emphasis on client satisfaction so we are proud to have won this recognition.”
