The property is set on its own with no immediate neighbours. A single glazed porch to the rear (road) side of the house forms the entrance to the property, a ramped access leading to an inner door opening to the hall with a built-in shelved cupboard and hatch to the loft space. Glazed double doors at the end of the kitchen lead to a south-west facing dining room with small built-in cupboard and door through to the living room, a particularly bright space thanks to a large picture window enjoying the fine open view south-east to the Hill of Bardister and over to Gluss Voe to the north, and also a second window facing south-west. Two walls are clad with pine ‘v’-lining including the main wall which houses a fireplace with an open fire although the room also has two central heating radiators. Again the fireplace/chimney should be tested prior to use. A second door leads back through to the hall.

Next to the living room is a utility room with some fitted units and a sink, plus plumbing for a washing machine which again is included in the sale although no warranties will be given. Tiled floor & coat hooks.

The hall passage then leads to the three bedrooms and a bathroom, all the bedrooms having built-in wardrobes. Bedrooms 1 & 2 face south-east and enjoy the fine views. Bedroom 3 faces the road.

The property sits in an enclosed site with low block wall to the road and north sides, and by fencing elsewhere, established trees and shrubs along the roadside and south boundary providing privacy and shelter.
